Carol guides you through concepts and philosophies of Ayurveda, teaching you the energetic qualities of foods, spices and herbs and how to incorporate them into your diet to achieve balance.
While teaching you personal diet and lifestyle choices, Carol also focuses on breath work and meditation to calm and change the mind. Carol also applies acoustic sound using stainless steel tuning forks, sound tubes and instruments, as well as color therapy using color silks and color lights to enhance your own natural healing processes.
